Job Description

We are seeking dependable Inventory Clerks to support daily inventory control and material movement within a clean, technology-driven manufacturing environment.  In this role, you'll help maintain accurate inventory records, process material transactions, organize inventory locations, and ensure production teams receive the materials they need. Responsibilities
  • Process inventory transactions, including material receipts, issues, and transfers.
  • Receive, verify, and accurately record incoming materials.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Organize inventory locations and ensure proper storage of materials.
  • Support production by issuing materials and maintaining inventory availability.
  • Track inventory using warehouse management or ERP systems.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation and transaction records.
  • Follow inventory control procedures and company safety standards.
  • Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
  • Two or more years of inventory, warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience working with electronic components or manufacturing inventory is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, MES, or similar) is preferred but not required.
Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory records.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements
