Job description

Opportunity:

Physician - Radiology - Interventional


Job Details:

  • Provide temporary interventional radiology coverage on an in-person basis only

  • Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM onsite

  • Night call coverage Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  • Weekend call coverage includes 24-hour call Saturday and Sunday

  • Call type is beeper/phone based

  • Average of 12 patients per day with a 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient split

  • Patient population consists of adults

  • Required procedures and skills include angioplasty, embolization, port catheter placement, biopsy, drainage, ablation, and kyphoplasty

  • EMR system used is EPIC

  • Board certification is required

  • BLS and ACLS certification required

  • Active DEA required

  • Ohio state license preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience required

  • Travel reimbursements available including airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage at IRS rate
