Overview

The Temporary OnCall Contracts Coordinator provides entrylevel administrative and contract lifecycle support to the Contracts Department. This role is designed for individuals interested in gaining exposure to government contracting, contract compliance, deliverables management, and documentation processes.Work hours will be scheduled on an asneeded basis, offering flexibility while supporting a fastpaced contracting environment.

Responsibilities

The Temporary OnCall Contracts Coordinator will:

  • Support the tracking, coordination, and submission of contractual deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with organizing, updating, and maintaining electronic and physical contract files and contract management systems.
  • Gather contractrelated data from Program Management, Finance, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders in response to requests.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Support contract closeout efforts by helping verify documentation completeness and ensuring that all required items are resolved.
  • Perform routine tasks supporting exposure to government contract lifecycle processes and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; individuals pursuing education in Business, Acquisition, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields are encouraged.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn government contracting processes and perform repetitive or structured tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
