Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Assess the current insurance coverage of clients and suggest enhancements to align with their objectives.
  • Communication: Clearly explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
  • Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales techniques to drive growth and achieve targets.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must obtain a Property and Casualty license within 30 days of the hire date, assistance provided.
  • Insurance Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales; experience working with educators is not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving & Technical Proficiency: Skilled at identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and navigating insurance software and standard office applications.
