Location : Central Campus, Jackson, MI

Description
BROAD FUNCTIONS
Supports Facilities within the grounds team.
27+/- hours per week, Monday through Thursday 7am- 2:30pm, some Fridays/ weekends as needed.
Essential Functions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with:
Care of trees, shrubs, plants, and landscaping beds
Trash removal
Snow removal, if needed
Parking lot maintenance.
Mowing grass using hand and power mowers
Trimming
Raking leaves
*Additional responsibilities as specified by supervisor
WORK ENVIROMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly expected to stand, walk, climb, use hands to finger, handle and feel and reach with hands and arms. Normally will be required to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Able and willing to work in inclement weather.
