Volt is immediately hiring for Multiple Shifts- Maintenance Mechanics in Corona, CA.
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for:
  • Learning how basic production equipment operates and being able to explain its functions to others
  • Troubleshooting machines and identifying mechanical issues in a timely manner
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Following Kanban procedures and inventory control processes to ensure materials are properly stocked and rotated
  • Demonstrating a basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment functions
  • Applying basic knowledge of lubrication practices and requirements
  • Accurately reporting issues and completing work orders (digital or paper-based)
  • Performing basic preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and understanding their importance for equipment reliability and safety
  • Completing minor plumbing repairs as needed
  • Maintaining clear communication with Supervisors or Leads and supporting additional tasks as assigned

Schedule:
Temp to hire Opportunity
  • 1st Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM
  • 2nd Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Strong safety awareness and attendance record
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of repair and production
  • Basic math skills
  • Good time management skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
  • Interest in growth and advancement within the company
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Pay Rate: $28.00/hour+ DOE
