Job description

Our Company is seeking a lead HVAC/Plumbing technician that can manage the job site and act as the on-site point of contact with the customer. We do a large number of residential installations, mostly retrofit as well as new construction. Most installs on the HVAC side consist of split systems, ductless systems, ERVs, HRVs, both standard efficiency and high efficiency. On the plumbing side, we install wall mount boilers, steam boilers, hot water boilers, all types of hot water heaters, both standard and high efficiency. Troubleshooting experience is required.

The ideal installer will have the following skillset:

1. MINIMUM of 5 Years experience in HVAC/Plumbing industry.

2. Have your own hand tools. (Power tools provided).

3. Ductwork installation.

4. Soldering refrigeration piping and sheet metal installation.

5. Gas Piping installation.

6. Retrofit installations.

7. Boiler installations.

8. H.W.H. installations.

9. Clean driver license.

10. Work as a team member.

11. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks.

12. Good attitude and punctuality.

13. Physically fit.

14. Oversee job sites.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour


Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday

Overtime: Potential for weekend/on call work


Commute: Dover, NJ 07801
