Mobile HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Norcross, GA

Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking for a dynamic role that offers variety and independence? We are seeking a Mobile HVAC Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of approximately 25 commercial banking locations, ensuring building systems operate safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys working in the field, solving complex mechanical issues, and maintaining high-performing commercial facilities.

What You'll Do
  • Travel between multiple commercial facilities to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
  • Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace components to keep HVAC equipment operating at peak performance.
  • Monitor system performance, record equipment readings, and make necessary operational adjustments.
  • Coordinate and oversee work completed by outside contractors while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and assist with purchasing and inventory control.
  • Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions before issues arise.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between multiple sites.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification.
  • Candidates with EPA certification are highly preferred. Those without Universal certification must be willing to obtain it.
  • Two years of trade school education in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical systems is a plus.
