Flexco is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide broad administrative and employee support for the Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an outgoing, detail-oriented multitasker who enjoys working in a collaborative, people-first environment and supporting employees across the organization.

 What You’ll Do
  • Serve as an onsite resource for employees by answering questions or directing them to the appropriate support.
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork, schedule orientations, and support onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR records, enter data into HR systems, and generate reports.
  • Administer health and welfare plans, including benefits questions, enrollments, changes, terminations, and statement reconciliation.
  • Coordinate employee relations activities such as appreciation events, Bring Your Child to Work Day, holiday activities, Service Award programs and events, and company lunches.
  • Support contingent workforce processes, including temporary employee coordination, agency relationships, billing rates, wage recommendations, invoices, timecards, and metrics.
  • Manage student intern and summer help programs, including posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating selection, and supporting program engagement.
  • Manage the site FMLA process in coordination with the outside vendor, employees, and managers.
  • Coordinate company surveys, workers’ compensation claims, OSHA log paperwork, and related compliance support.
 What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or 8 years of HR administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of HR and general office practices and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and tactfully with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal direction.
  • Focus time and effort on key tasks.  Easily transitions between tasks and picks up where left off when interrupted.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Completes high volume of work, keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing accuracy.
 Compensation

Human Resources Coordinators at Flexco have a labor grade of GR12. 

All employees must be in good standing to apply and inform their manager before doing so.
