We're hiring a Temporary Talent Acquisition Analyst to support our Talent Management team during leave coverage. This hybrid role focuses on Workday support, talent/project work, and communication rollout across HR processes.
Pay: $30-$43/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Hybrid in Denver, CO, with limited remote flexibility

Job Responsibilities
  • Support Workday modules (Onboarding, Talent, Performance), Peakon, and Opportunity Marketplace
  • Partner with HRIS to troubleshoot support tickets and assist with testing/upgrades
  • Contribute to projects across career pathing, talent management, and development
  • Execute communication plans for system and process updates
  • Occasional onsite collaboration for project milestones

  • Experience with Workday (Talent, Onboarding) and Peakon
  • Background in talent management, performance, and employee experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • close attention to detail and the ability to work independently
