Job description

We are seeking a temporary HR Administrator to support our client's HR department. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, you will play a crucial role in maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. If you have experience with HR procedures and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $35 per hour.
Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave).
  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Revise company policies.
  • Liaise with external partners (e.g., insurance vendors) to ensure legal compliance.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates).
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize job fair events).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or in a relevant role.
