Supporting and administering a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compensation, onboarding, training, policy compliance, workman’s compliance, attendance, and HR recordkeeping. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers while helping ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and leave programs.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
  • Support performance review programs and goal-setting processes.
  • Identify training and development needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records.
  • Assist with policy development, updates, and communication.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
  • Monitor attendance records.
  • Maintain accurate report requirements for all accidents.
Requirements
