Job description

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
  • Active State License in Kentucky is Required to Start the Position
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Experience in outpatient settings required
  • Experience treating hand injuries and conditions required
  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred. Candidates interested in pursuing CHT credential encouraged to apply
  • Willingness to participate in in-house mentoring and clinician incentive programs
