Job Title: Renovation Specialist HelperJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team in Medford as a Renovation Specialist Helper, where you will utilize your handyman skills in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and facilities maintenance. You will work under the guidance of a lead specialist, assisting with construction tasks on trailers returning from job sites.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, saws, screwdrivers, and cordless drills effectively.
- Assist the lead carpenter with remodeling, repairs, basic drywall, PVC plumbing maintenance, and light electrical tasks.
- Gather necessary tools for carpenters and ensure they are readily available.
- Perform construction tasks on trailers before they are dispatched to new job sites.
- Adhere to safety regulations, including wearing safety glasses at all times in the work environment.
Essential Skills- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Handyman skills in carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing.
- Minimum of two years in facilities maintenance or as a subcontractor/general contractor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 1-3 years of skilled trade or construction experience.
- Knowledge of various types of hand and power tools.

Work Environment
Work is performed indoors at our Medford facility, during the 1st shift from 6AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime required until 5-5:30PM and additional hours on Saturdays. Safety glasses are mandatory, and all safety regulations must be followed. The team is supportive, down-to-earth, and ready to welcome new members.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
