Position Description
The City of Edina/Braemar Golf Course is seeking applications for various part-time positions for the 2026 golf season. Hours vary by position and may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Salary varies by position. Read through job descriptions and supplemental information below for the details regarding each position. The golf season typically runs from April 1 through October 31. If you are looking to work this summer in a fun atmosphere with great co-workers, Braemar Golf will be that place!
Available Positions:
  • Outside Services (2 positions: Player's Services and Driving Range Attendant)

Essential Functions
Outside Services:
The Player's Services position is responsible for staging, cleaning and maintaining the fleet of golf carts for guests. The hourly wage range is $14.01-$15.03.
The Driving Range Attendant responsibilities include clearing buckets from driving range bays, washing range balls, driving the range picker, starting golfers on the Academy 9 course, and performing light maintenance. The hourly wage range is $14.01-$15.03.
Qualifications
Qualifications vary by position, but these positions require excellent customer service, be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills and be self-motivated.
Supplemental Information
Supplemental Information for Outside Services:
Candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Approximately 10-40 hours per week. Position requires lifting 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Candidates with a driver's license preferred (employees are frequently driving golf carts.)
Working Conditions:
Outside Services: The position is performed primarily outdoors with exposure to inclement weather, outdoor allergens including insects and wildlife, slippery surfaces and uneven ground.
