What You'll Do
  • Set up, operate, and maintain folder gluer equipment (Bobst experience preferred) at an advanced level.

  • Run complex folding carton jobs while maintaining quality, speed, and safety standards.

  • Troubleshoot and correct equipment issues while minimizing waste and downtime.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to S1 and S2 Folder Gluer Operators.

  • Document production runs, inventory, and maintenance using the MIS system.

  • Lead pressroom improvements through preventive maintenance and advanced technical knowledge.


What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 6 years of folder gluing or finishing operator experience in a printing or packaging environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of glue systems (hot melt, cold glue, fugitive, window).

  • Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and quality control skills.
