) Hiring: Floor Strip & Wax Technicians (2 Positions)
Temporary Project | 1-2 Months | Nursing Home
We are seeking 2 reliable and experienced Floor Strip & Wax Technicians for a temporary flooring project at a nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with commercial floor care experience who take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Strip and wax VCT and other hard floor surfaces
  • Operate commercial floor care equipment safely and efficiently
  • Buff, burnish, and maintain finished floors as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and facility protocols
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Work as part of a team to complete the project on schedule

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with commercial floor stripping and waxing required
  • Experience in healthcare, nursing homes, schools, or commercial facilities is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
