The H1B visa allows U.S. employers to hire foreign professionals in specialty occupations, such as finance, for a specified period, typically up to three years with possible extensions. Temporary financial analysts on H1B visas assist with financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and reporting, supporting corporate decision-making. Their role is crucial during peak periods, project-based work, or when specialized expertise is needed on a short-term basis.
