Field Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team, responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of state-of-the-art vision inspection systems across the United States and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Install and commission vision inspection systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality

โ€ข Provide maintenance and troubleshooting services to customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime

โ€ข Train customers worldwide on the operation and maintenance of vision inspection systems

โ€ข Work closely with clients to ensure continued customer satisfaction, coordinating activities and resolving technical issues

Requirements:

โ€ข Technical education or equivalent work experience in a related field

โ€ข 1-5 years of field service experience with electro-mechanical equipment

โ€ข Strong customer relations skills and experience working in a service environment

โ€ข Proven self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

โ€ข Spanish language skills are a plus

โ€ข Willing and able to travel approximately 75% of the time (domestic and international)

โ€ข Current driver's license and passport
