Job description

Looking for a high-paying, flexible part-time role representing iconic consumer brands? Join as a Part-Time Retail Merchandising Specialist in Scottsdale. Paying an impressive $26.00/hour, this position offers an independent, autonomous work environment where you will use your retail and visual merchandising expertise to drive product presentation, maximize brand impact, and solve complex store-level challenges.\


Pay Rate: $26/hr.

Duration: 12-months initial contract (Temp only)

Work Schedule: 26 hours a week

What You’ll Do

  • Execute visual merchandising and display setups in retail locations by accurately reading and building out store planograms to maximize brand visibility.
  • Optimize product placement and stock levels across assigned retail territories, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, organized, and compliant with promotional standards.
  • Solve store-level operational challenges independently, utilizing best practices and brand guidelines to improve product placement and drive sales goals.
  • Manage field communication and reporting using your personal laptop to log payroll, document display setups, and track inventory metrics across stores.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in retail, visual merchandising, display setup, or field sales. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle for store-to-store travel (candidates restricted to night-only hours or without a car will not be considered).
  • Ability to lift over 40 lbs comfortably and own a personal laptop to access operational and payroll systems.
  • Excellent planogram literacy, strong communication skills, self-motivation to work independently, and a flexible schedule (available beyond evening-only hours).

Work Environment: You will work independently across physical retail environments within the Scottsdale territory. The role combines hands-on physical merchandising with creative visual presentation, offering high autonomy and minimal direct daily supervision.

Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
