Job Description Are you looking for part-time hours in the evening. Do you have previous customer service experience. Then we have a great opportunity for you.

Working Monday to Friday 6pm - 9pm (15 hours per week) Salary 8,800 per annum You will be supporting the customer services team by processing their orders. Key duties include: - Processing orders with efficiency and care - Generating letters - Making outbound and taking inbound calls from customers - General admin tasks and data cleansing - Working to targets set by the team leader The ideal person for this role will have some previous customer service or sales support experience and must have a strong eye for detail. You will have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate empathy and care as you will be working with people in a sensitive environment.
