Job description

Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an On-Site Recruiter role in Newark, DE.

The On-site Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders for various clients. The purpose of this role is to acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates.

Responsibilities for the On-site Recruiter role include: 

  • Identify sources, screens, and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities.

  • Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.

  • Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.

  • Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory.

  • Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to understand clients’ specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building.

  • Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met 

  • Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service.

  • Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary.

  • Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.


Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
