Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or PA - Business Health Solutions (BHS)

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver expert occupational health services within dynamic industrial settings - such as Eli Lilly and Carrier Corporation
  • Recognize risks before they escalate - and act decisively
  • Adjust quickly to change, shifting demands, and unexpected situations
  • Provide education, prevention, and intervention that keeps employees at work and thriving
  • Serve as a clinical partner to both employees and employers, balancing compassion and compliance

What You Bring:
  • Current RN license state of North Carolina
  • 2-5 years of occupational health experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • COHN or COHN-S certification preferred
  • CAOHC Certification preferred
  • Strong communicator with a solutions-first mindset
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Passionate about prevention, safety, and employee well-being
  • Strong knowledge of ergonomic principles and workplace health standards
  • Ability to organize, plan independently, and adapt in fast-moving environments
