  • Adjust quickly to change, shifting demands, and unexpected situations
  • Provide education, prevention, and intervention that keeps employees at work and thriving
  • Serve as a clinical partner to both employees and employers, balancing compassion and compliance
  • In this PRN role, you must have the ability to work as needed coverage in a variety of shifts, such as Day, Evening, Weekends

What You Bring:

  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent is desirable.
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience; 2-5 years of occupational health nursing preferred

Why BHS?
Because our values aren’t just words — they’re how we work:

  • Excellence in presence, conflict resolution, and communication
  • Integrity through discretion, respect, and compassion
  • Service that’s proactive, clinically sound, and current
  • Humility that keeps outcomes and clients at the forefront

What We Offer for our PRN Team

  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • PPE and safety gear provided
  • Educational assistance and certification support
  • Employee discounts and benefits (even for part-time team members)
  • A supportive team culture rooted in care and service

.

Here, your clinical instincts matter. Your initiative drives results. Your leadership makes impact.

Join BHS and be the difference between chaos and calm, between uncertainty and direction — between a problem and a solution.
