Job description

As Electronics Engineer your main responsibilities will include Establish client requirements for the Subsea Electronic Modules (SEM) from specification. Incorporate these requirements into either generic drawing set or create a new General Assembly with associated drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Word format documents. Support the build of the SEM or other electronic based equipment through manufacturing as required.

Support the SEM or other electronic based equipment during Factory Integration Testing (FIT) and Factory Assembly Testing (FAT). The development, test and maintenance of hardware related work scope within the Project Development, or Project Support Groups. Assist in the mentoring and development of graduate and subordinate engineers to improve quality awareness and experience of systems in use within the company.

Assisting Senior Electronic Engineer with development and improvement of quality procedures. Monitoring areas of work allocated and reporting current status, estimates to complete, and resource requirements to Work Package Manager and Senior Electronic Engineer In addition to the duties listed, the jobholder is required to perform other duties assigned by his/her Manager/Lead Engineer from time to time.
