Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced, customerfocused Residential Electrical Service Technician to join our growing team. If you’re skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems — and you enjoy helping homeowners feel safe and confident — this is the role for you. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. 

 
What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems including wiring, panels, outlets, and lighting
  • Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and recommended solutions 
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and electrical codes
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
 
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or electrical certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical service experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old
