Job description

Microsoft Dynamics Analyst

This individual will provide support for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and also function in a Business Analyst capacity.

  • Provide support for application issues and work with vendors if needed to resolve issues.
  • Provide implementation and post implementation support for MS Dynamics. Facilitate working sessions with business end-user representatives and vendors to determine and document both current-state and future state processes, workflow diagrams, requirements and user acceptance test scripts.
  • Review of SDLC deliverables for completeness, accuracy and applicability.
  • Gather and document business process and system requirements.
  • Develop system and user testing scenarios, test scripts and checklists.
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling and oversight of user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Participate in the organizational change management and user adoption process.
  • Support multiple corporate applications including issue resolution and user account management.

Experience:

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • 4 - 6 years experience in business analysis experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus.
  • Ability to break down and document complex processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience and expertise in the following:

  • Supporting end users for production systems
  • Building user requirements and functional specifications.
  • Building test scripts.
  • Working with cross-functional and remote teams.
