Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Dynamics Developer II to design, extend, and support our enterprise business platforms, with hands-on responsibility across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), and Microsoft SharePoint. This role is focused on building secure, scalable, and well-integrated solutions that support core business functions including sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and project operations. As a member of the Applications Development team, you will work across the full solution lifecycle, analyzing business processes, configuring and customizing Dynamics platforms, developing integrations and automations, and ensuring data integrity and system reliability. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Dataverse, Business Central extensions, Power Platform automation, API-based integrations, and Azure services, and understands how to balance configuration-first approaches with targeted custom development. You will act as a technical partner to the business, translating requirements into durable solutions, contributing to architectural decisions, and continuously improving how our CRM, ERP, and collaboration platforms work together to enable digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support to optimize business processes.

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications involving CRM and ERP (Business Central or Supply Chain Management versions).

  • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate workflows.

  • Perform effective SharePoint administration and support IT infrastructure workflows.

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization, conduct gap analyses, and recommend enhancements.

  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

  • Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain clear, proactive stakeholder communication.

  • Communicate system changes and outages to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) prior to implementation.

  • Act as a liaison between business and IT, building trust and consensus across departments to align solutions with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3โ€“6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or a data analyst role (internships acceptable).

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration, customization, and their respective boundaries.

  • Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.

  • Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, and command bar extensions.

  • Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices).

  • Strong knowledge of business processes, data analysis tools, and proven ability to design and implement business solutions.

  • Customer-centric mindset with accountability for resolving customer needs and a strong focus on user experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree specifically in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in business systems or IT support.

Compensation: The anticipated pay range for this position is $110,800 โ€“ $140,050 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
