Location: Arizona (Travel Required)

Are you an expert Dozer Operator with decades of experience in heavy equipment and rock crushing operations? Join our team as a Traveling Dozer Operator, where your skills will be valued, and your expertise will drive efficiency across multiple quarry sites in Arizona.


This role demands mastery in dozer operation, a strong commitment to safety, physical endurance, and the ability to travel extensively to support rock crushing operations.


This is a hands-on position that requires adaptability and a strong team-player mindset. Candidates must be willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks beyond operating heavy equipment. If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non-operator roles as needed, this position is not for you. A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Dozer Operation: Safely maneuver and operate dozers across challenging terrain and varying weather conditions.
  • Material Handling: Push and distribute rock efficiently to designated areas for crushing and processing.
  • Site Preparation: Level ground, remove obstructions, and maintain work areas to support overall production. 
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and report malfunctions or necessary repairs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other operators and crew members to optimize workflow.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to multiple quarry sites within Arizona.

  • Outdoor work with exposure to various weather conditions. 
  • Physically demanding tasks including standing, lifting, and bending. 
  • Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, and other airborne particles. 
  • Frequent travel within Arizona.

Preferred Qualifications
  •  Mining or construction industry experience.
