Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator (Dozer)
Job Description

Join our team as a Heavy Equipment Operator specializing in Dozer operation for large earthmoving projects. This role focuses on commercial work, primarily operating on standard earth terrain and open farmland.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Finish Dozer to achieve rough and/or final grade on commercial projects.
  • Handle large earthmoving tasks on sites ranging from 200,000 to 20 million yards of dirt.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise grading.
  • Maintain communication and awareness of surroundings to ensure safety and efficiency.
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years of recent experience operating a Dozer in a Rough and/or Finish capacity.
  • Proficiency with equipment such as D6 - D10 CAT Dozer or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate on mass grading sites for commercial projects.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
  • Capability to be insured to operate company vehicles is advantageous.
  • Experience with Trimble and Topcon GPS systems is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
