Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Our Client is hiring a Business Analyst (Business Validation & Data Product Delivery)
Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Plantation, FL (required);
  • Experience with business analysis, business validation, UAT, or end-to-end testing (5+ years);
  • Experience with defining and executing validation strategies across data products;
  • Experience with business process flows and system integrations;
  • Experience with data validation and data quality concepts.

Preferred:
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms or analytics products;
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies;
  • Experience with data product lifecycle or operational support models.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Define and implement a business validation strategy across data products, including UAT, end-to-end process validation, and data validation;
  • Develop and execute end-to-end validation scenarios across systems and business workflows;
  • Lead defect identification, triage, and resolution with business and technical teams;
  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across upstream and downstream systems;
  • Partner with data teams to identify and resolve data quality issues impacting business outcomes;
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and usable;
  • Define post-go-live validation and monitoring approaches and support data product lifecycle and support models.

Business Analyst (Data Governance & AI Enablement)
Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Plantation, FL (required);
  • Experience with business analysis, including data, analytics, or governance initiatives (4+ years);
  • Experience with data governance concepts including ownership, lineage, stewardship, and controls;
  • Experience with data quality analysis and issue resolution.

Preferred:
  • Experience with data governance frameworks or tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, DAMA);
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts and use case evaluation;
  • Experience with operating model design or organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Support the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards;
  • Define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models in partnership with business and technology teams;
  • Define and document data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring approaches, and support remediation strategies;
  • Identify and evaluate AI/automation opportunities within business processes, assessing feasibility, risks, and data readiness;
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize practical, high-value AI use cases;
  • Contribute to the creation of a data governance office structure and develop governance workflows and decision frameworks;
  • Embed data quality practices into delivery and operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
