Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Home Health experience required.


Assignment Details

  • Shift schedule: Monday through Friday.
  • On-call requirement: None.
  • Weekend rotation: 1 weekend per month.
  • Productivity expectation: 30 points per week.
  • Floating/travel coverage may be required within an hour radius based on referral volume.
  • EMR: Home Care Home Base.
  • Interview format: Teams/Video Call.
