You’ll pull up the model, program toolpaths in Mastercam or CamWorks, and head to the floor to set zero on a 3–4 axis VMC—or step over to our Mitsubishi 5-axis when the geometry demands it. First-article in hand, you’ll verify dimensions with precision measuring instruments, log results, and adjust offsets to hit spec. Between runs, you’ll perform upkeep on the machines and keep a keen eye on quality and safety.
