Job description

A local organization is seeking experienced a Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, temperature, and quality standards. Additionally, you must maintain a clean and organized workstation, follows food safety procedures, assist with food prep, and work with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. You will work Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 or 9 p.m. and Saturday when they have a wedding.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have line cook experience, must be familiar working with range, oven, and sautéing, must have the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area, must be able to follow all safety procedures, must have own set of knives, and must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and reliable. Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
