Job description

We are looking for a contract, mid-level Business Operations Project Manager on the D&D Franchise Operations team for 5 months. This role will provide support across our D&D team, coordinating communication and decision making, driving strategic projects forward, and stepping in on emergent issues when needed.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week (Tues-Thurs) in our Renton, WA office. 

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee the franchise rhythm of business: set agendas, prepare presenters and materials, capture decisions, track follow-ups, and drive clarity across weekly leadership meetings, town halls, and all-hands
  • Run active projects including a retail marketing initiative, Square POS integration, and team development investments - owning timelines, stakeholder coordination, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Support ongoing projects in partnership with tax, finance, and IT as needed
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, marketing, finance, and HR, ensuring owners are aligned and decisions don't get stuck
  • Triage incoming asks: route, delegate, defer, or raise as appropriate
  • Support board meeting prep, goal tracking, event coordination, and headcount planning
What You'll Bring:
  • 3-5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in games, entertainment, or consumer products
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills and comfort running multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Clear communicator who can distill complexity into streamlined updates and action items
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar)
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Workwell as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
  • Starting Pay Range: $50/hour
  • Pay Range End: $65/hour
