Overview

Our Concierge team plays a vital role in curating exceptional experiences for Big Sky Resort guests. You’ll assist guests in arranging activities, tours, dining, and unique adventures both within our resort and the surrounding region—including West Yellowstone.

This role requires strong time management, exceptional communication, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Whether guests reach out weeks ahead of their stay or stop by the desk with a spur-of-the-moment request, you’ll be ready to make the impossible possible. No two days are the same, every interaction is a new opportunity to inspire.

  • Work independently and exercise sound judgment at a one-person desk
  • Provide timely, accurate, and personalized responses to guest requests
  • Craft memorable “magic moments” that enhance each guest’s vacation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

  • Willingness and ability to learn resort-specific systems including RTP and SMS

  • Passion for hospitality, curiosity for the region, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude

  • Ability to lift, push or pull at least 30 pounds
  • Must be able to work on your feet at least 8 hours
  • Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift

All full time seasonal employment at Big Sky Resort includes:
