UW Health Northern Illinois seeks an Orthopedic MD to join our orthopedic surgery team at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. • Comfort with complex pelvic and acetabular reconstruction
• General variety trauma
• Call 1:5 (clinical)
• Built in referral base of 280 providers
• ED Call is once a week
• Division of UW Health

Education

• MD or DO - Required

License/Certifications

• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
• Active Illinois medical license - Required
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required
• Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
