LHH is partnering with a property management company in Hunt Valley is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing essential support across daily operations.
Job Title: Administrative Office Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Handle tenant and client inquiries, including maintenance requests
  • Coordinate and log maintenance work orders
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and office coordination tasks
  • Support property managers with day-to-day operational needs
