$46,004, with the final salary dependent on experience. Please refer to the CLEA Salary Schedule.

Required Skills- Hold a valid Oregon Teaching license with the appropriate Special Education Endorsements;
- Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents;
- Committed to providing individualized education with high expectations for all learners;
- Differentiate or modify curriculum to meet the varying needs of students
Desirable Skills- Knowledge about Common Core State Standards, PBIS
- Proficiency-Based Instruction/Grading
- Proficient in Spanish
- GLAD/SIOP Trained
- Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning teaching practices
- Knowledge in Collaborative PLC Process
