Transportation Concierge / Passenger Escort

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Transportation Concierge / Passenger Escort to provide hands-on assistance to passengers during transportation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and providing a high level of personal service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet passengers at designated pickup locations.

  • Escort passengers safely to and from transportation vehicles.

  • Assist with luggage, bags, and personal belongings.

  • Help passengers enter and exit vehicles when needed.

  • Accompany passengers through airports, hotels, facilities, or other destinations.

  • Provide directions and general assistance throughout the passenger's journey.

  • Communicate professionally with passengers, drivers, and transportation coordinators.

  • Ensure passengers and their belongings arrive at the appropriate destination.

  • Provide courteous, patient, and attentive customer service at all times.

  • Assist with reasonable passenger needs while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable.

  • Comfortable assisting and escorting passengers.

  • Able to lift and handle luggage and bags.
