Concierge+ Support Technician

Join Our Dynamic Team as a Concierge+ Support Technician – Where Technology Meets Customer Excellence!
Are you passionate about logistics, network configurations, and delivering top-tier support? As a Concierge+ Support Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless fulfillment and distribution of finished products, supporting our innovative Concierge+ solutions. Your expertise will help keep operations running smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction at every turn.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in logistics within a manufacturing setting
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and automated shipping platforms
  • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
  • Ability to read and interpret general correspondence, procedures, and technical documentation
  • Skilled in packing, shipping, and inventory management
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift as needed
  • Capable of performing network configurations on products (as required)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of GMP and ISO-9000 standards
  • Prior experience operating a forklift
  • Familiarity with electronics, computer programming, or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • An Associate Degree in Electronics, Computer Programming, or a related field is preferred

Other Requirements:
