Pool Concierge Job Description
We are seeking energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to provide outstanding service for our residents and guests in Los Angeles area The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
The Pool Concierge is responsible for overseeing our outdoor community pool and amenity area, ensuring authorized resident and guest use only in a safe and enjoyable environment.
We offer a fun work environment, competitive pay and exciting rewards based on performance and accomplishments.
Shifts: Part-Time/Full-Time
Position Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to receive and follow detailed instructions, as well as give them, and ensure details instructions are followed
  • This position requires working outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees F
  • Required to stand and/or in continuous motion for extended periods of time while performing job functions with physical endurance
  • Takes pride and ownership in the position and property
  • Ability to listen and react quickly to residents' and guests' requests in a genuine manner
  • Have at least two year of hospitality experience
  • Possess amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities
  • Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude
  • Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance
  • Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Must be able to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds

Main Responsibilities
  • Checks in, greets and directs residents and guests with a welcoming and pleasant attitude
  • Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodation
  • Responsible for access and control of the pool and amenity deck
  • Enforces pool rules, policies and restrictions as directed by the property
  • Escort people if necessary
  • Monitor access throughout the shift and ensures authorized resident and guest use only
  • Cautions residents or guests behaving in an unsafe manner
  • Manage crowd control
  • Completes opening, running, and closing checklists
  • Properly straighten patio furniture and place any left items in list and found
  • Cleans and maintains pool and pool deck throughout the shift. Pool area must be kept debris and litter free
  • Completes an hourly DAR
  • Completes and submits an incident report to address any issue or situation where a resident or guest was removed for safety or behavior reasons
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays

Experience Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in Guest Services, Hospitality, or Customer Service
  • 3 years' experience in a luxury, busy retail environment
  • Must have experience
