Department 05721 GCMG Executive Health: Southpark - Executive Health Concierge Care Job Details Status: Part time Hours Per Week: 8 Schedule: PRN for weekday shifts 8โ€5 or 7โ€4 depending on need Floats between Greater Charlotte Concierge and Executive Concierge Practices Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Where You'll Work The Concierge Care Division delivers a highโ€touch, membershipโ€based ambulatory care model across five clinics in the Greater Charlotte market, providing Concierge Care and Executive Concierge Care services. Care is delivered through a 1:1 physicianโ€“RN model with extended appointment times, comprehensive oneโ€day Executive Health Exams, and stateโ€ofโ€theโ€art technology, with a strong emphasis on exceptional patient experience and whiteโ€glove service. The Float RN provides clinical and operational support across all sites, partnering closely with physicians to deliver personalized, relationshipโ€based care and coordinate services, including patient access to wellness resources as a premium perk. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in an autonomous ambulatory setting and is ready to deliver a personalized patient experience. Office hours are Mondayโ€Friday 8โ€5 with no weekends, calls or afterโ€hours. We're Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association 5 years of RN and ambulatory experience preferred BSN preferred What You'll Do PRN for weekday shifts 8โ€5 or 7โ€4, floating between Greater Charlotte Concierge and Executive Concierge Practices. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. You will use evidenceโ€based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
