Pay Rate: Starting at $50/hr for LVN & $70/hr for RN (varies by case, negotiated prior to start)

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a branch of TheKey, is a top-tier nursing referral service. We connect private duty nurses (RN and LVN) and therapists with discerning VIP clients seeking premium in-home care.

We collaborate with experienced, compassionate clinicians to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes. Services range from hourly shifts (8โ€“12 hours) to short visits (up to 2 hours) on a per-diem or long-term basis. As a private-pay service, our clients expect the highest quality of personalized clinical care.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional, skilled nursing services within your scope of practice (RN or LVN) as prescribed by the client's physician.

  • Provide support with ADLs, vital sign monitoring, wound care, medication management, and transportation to appointments as needed.

  • Facilitate seamless, fluent communication in Mandarin with the client and/or family members to ensure comfortable and culturally aligned care.

  • Complete all patient documentation accurately and promptly according to agency standards.

  • Communicate effectively with the care team (physicians, family, and concierge office staff).

  • Assist with coordinating necessary client supplies, including medical equipment, wound care items, and prescriptions.

QualificationsRequirements & Qualifications
  • Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin (speaking/comprehension) is required.

  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN or LVN license in the state of California.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience strongly preferred.

  • Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification.

  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with confidence, reliability, and minimal supervision.

  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and technical comfort for reporting and communication.

  • Work Authorization: Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
