Job description

We are currently looking for temporary front desk support and were hoping to bring someone on as soon as possible. This would be a TEMPORARY receptionist role for at least weeks, possible longer.
As the Receptionist you will assist with answering incoming calls, taking in leads and scheduling appointments. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and stive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment!
Key Responsibilities
Take incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications
Schedule appointments for customers
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
