  • Program Overview Position: Entry-level Drafter
  • Pay Rate: $21/hour
  • Contract Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (½ hour lunch)
  • Dress Code: Business casual (jeans, sneakers, t-shirt acceptable; collar and dress shoes preferred)
  • Environment: Typical office setting, working in a cube with multiple monitors


  • Role & Candidate Profile - Entry-level CAD-focused drafting role
  • Projects include:
  • 2D drawings, wireline diagrams, BOM development
  • Creating drawings based on parts catalogs for customers like AT&T, Frontier, Verizon
  • Long-term assignments aligned to a single client for several months.
  • Required skills:
  • Exposure to any CAD platform is highly preferred if not required
  • Any GIS Experience
  • Folks with some experience or fresh out of a trade school seem to work well
  • Strong office professionalism and aptitude for detailed work
  • Great work ethic

  • Training & Onboarding Process
  • First 2 weeks: Group work in a room with instructor
  • Next phase: Individual project work in the same room with instructor guidance
