  • Follow all safety procedures and supervisor direction
  • Work closely with project managers and site personnel

Requirements
  • Must have:
    • Steel-toe boots (required)
    • Gloves
    • High-visibility vest
    • Safety glasses
  • Valid state ID
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in a dirty, industrial environment
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous forklift experience (not required — training provided)
  • High school diploma or GED (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Details (Pitman Schedule)
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Every other weekend off

Work Environment
  • Industrial setting at a tire manufacturing facility
  • Exposure to heat, cold, dirt, noise, and odors
  • Physical, hands-on work throughout the shift

Conversion Opportunity
  • Potential to convert to full-time employee (FTE) after 60–90 days
  • Full benefits upon conversion:
    • Health, dental, vision
    • 401(k)
    • Paid uniforms
    • Education benefits
    • +$0.50/hour pay increase
