Job Description
This is a 12-week program that starts on September 28, 2026 and lasts until December 18, 2026. MomForce is a unique program designed to help talented, motivated parents return to work after an absence of 3+ years. MomForce Associates receive meaningful, resume-building, project-based work, mentorship from working parents, orientation to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and access to training to refresh skills. Non-clinical positions are available in a variety of areas. Our goal is to give back to those who give so much by equipping MomForce participants with the skills and experience needed to re-enter the workforce on a permanent basis.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 consecutive years away from the work force
  • Minimum of 5 years related professional work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Seven to eight years of related professional work experience

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public health, or related field of study

Certification Summary
  • No professional certifications required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage large projects
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into clear reporting formats
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work onsite 15-20 hours per week
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Completes duties or projects as assigned, which could include events, activities, programs, or research studies.
  • Creates and carries out a cohesive plan for each assigned project. Establishes and maintains contact with all appropriate individuals to ensure that the plan is implemented in the best interest of the organization.
  • Executes all administrative and operational tasks for assigned duties.
  • Supports and participates in the continuous assessment and improvement of the quality of services provided and assignments or projects produced.
