Triad Financial Services Inc

Jacksonville, FL • On-site

Full-time

Posted 24 days ago

Key responsibilities

  • Own the loan file from submission through funding, proactively managing each step to ensure timely completion.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and borrowers, providing updates and maintaining confidence throughout the loan process.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Funding to facilitate smooth handoffs and resolve issues promptly.

Job description

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager for Wholesale Broker Channel to join our growing team.

Triad Financial Services is transforming how brokers experience manufactured home financing — and we’re creating a brand-new Account Manager role to lead change. This is the single point of ownership for every loan, from submission through funding.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the inward-facing owner of the file and the broker experience. While our Business Development team focuses on growing the channel, you’ll make sure every loan moves forward with clear communication, proactive follow-up, and no gaps in accountability. You’ll partner closely with Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Funding to keep files on track and brokers informed at every step.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives on ownership, coordination, and high-touch service — and who wants to help build a consistent, scalable broker experience from the ground up

Essential Functions:

  • Own the File End to End – Serve as the single point of accountability for every loan from submission through funding, proactively calling on each file and driving it to close.
  • Own the Broker & Borrower Experience – Be the consistent, trusted point of contact who keeps brokers informed and confident throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Manage Escalations End to End – Take ownership of time-sensitive issues, resolve them quickly, and keep all parties updated until closed out.
  • Flag At-Risk Files Early – Monitor pipelines closely, identify blockers before they stall a file, and add touch points that keep loans moving.
  • Coordinate Across Operations – Improve handoffs and communication between Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Funding to reduce duplicate requests and file stagnation.
  • Drive Condition & Closing Coordination – Track conditions, manage clear-to-close coordination, and set consistent expectations so there are no surprises at closing.
  • Keep Brokers Updated on Status – Partner with Operations to provide real-time updates, predictable timelines, and proactive status communication.
  • Track Turn Times by Account – Monitor performance across your files, log activity and follow-ups, and contribute to better reporting and service consistency.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  •  5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, loan coordination, broker support, or a related client-facing role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong ownership mindset and the ability to drive files to completion across multiple internal teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to track many files, conditions, and deadlines at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-first attitude.
  • Comfortability coordinating between Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Funding to keep loans on track.
  • Familiarity with manufactured housing or chattel lending is a plus.

Physical Demand:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
