Job description

Production Operator – Night Shift (3rd Shift)

Stow, OH | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday – Thursday)

About the Role

Seeking Production Operators on the night shift (3rd shift). This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential to move into a long-term role. You’ll be part of a team producing high-quality ceramic products used in advanced manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine manufacturing tasks including weighing, mixing, forming, and drying materials.
  • Operate equipment and perform basic maintenance under supervision.
  • Keep accurate written/electronic documentation of production steps.
  • Submit product samples for quality testing and assist with shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S standards).
  • Operate forklifts (certification required; training provided if needed).
  • Follow all safety and environmental guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic math (fractions, decimals, measurements).
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work night shift hours.

Schedule & Pay

  • Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Pay: $18.00/hr (W-2, temp-to-hire opportunity)
