Personal Injury Case Manager

West Palm Beach, FL | Temporary | Full-Time | In-Office

A well-established Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join its team in a temporary capacity.

The ideal candidate will have prior Florida personal injury experience and be comfortable managing a busy caseload, communicating directly with clients, and keeping cases moving efficiently from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and responding to questions.
  • Obtain and follow up on medical records, bills, liens, and other case-related documentation.
  • Monitor clients' medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties regarding case status.
  • Assist with preparing demand packages and gathering supporting documentation.
  • Track deadlines, treatment status, outstanding records, and other case-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files and case management notes.
  • Assist attorneys and other team members as needed to ensure cases progress efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Previous Personal Injury Case Manager experience required.
  • Prior experience with a Florida plaintiff personal injury law firm strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the personal injury pre-litigation process.
  • Experience handling medical records, billing, insurance claims, and client communication.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload and competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
