About the Role:

The Fill Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the accurate and efficient filling of products into their designated containers. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain product quality and consistency while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. The Fill Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining filling machinery, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and performing routine quality checks. This role contributes directly to the production line's overall efficiency and helps minimize downtime by promptly addressing operational challenges. Ultimately, the Fill Operator ensures that finished products meet company specifications and customer expectations, supporting the manufacturing facility's success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor filling machines to ensure accurate product filling according to specifications.
  • Perform routine inspections and quality checks on filled products to maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with filling equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
  • Document production data, including quantities filled, machine performance, and any deviations or incidents.
  • Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
